As a renter, if you have an emergency sometimes you want to talk to a real person! Renting under Advantage I have found everyone to be very personable and responsive. There is a lot of documents to review in a short period of time. The lease contract is about 50 pages in small font, it must be reviewed within 24 hrs. After doing that, we received around 20 more documents the next day (HOA rules, handbook, CA hazard/environment rules, etc.).
